Alaska Airlines Quietly Partners With Breeze Airways, But JetBlue Is Still The Real Prize

Alaska Airlines has quietly started selling selected Breeze Airways flights and awarding Atmos Rewards points for them. The arrangement is small today, but the possibility of what comes next is much more interesting…could Breeze help Alaska build the East Coast presence it still lacks?

For now, the arrangement is limited to selected Breeze flights touching Charleston (CHS), Las Vegas (LAS), and Raleigh-Durham (RDU). Cranky’s searches found standalone Breeze flights rather than connecting itineraries combining the two airlines, with availability appearing limited to destinations Alaska does not serve.

Alaska’s own partner page now explicitly includes Breeze among the airlines on which tickets booked directly through Alaska, with ticket numbers beginning in 027, can earn Atmos Rewards points.

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Live and Let's Fly.
