Ennismore‘s Hyde Hotels has officially landed in Latin America with the opening of Hyde Mexico City Reforma.
Located on Paseo de la Reforma, the 106-room lifestyle hotel overlooks the Ángel de la Independencia and puts guests within easy reach of Mexico City’s galleries, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
The hotel is a result of of adaptive reuse, and Hyde has retained the original façade and infrastructure while filling the interiors with a healthy dose of colour, art and local character which includes artworks by Mexican creatives such as architect Javier Senosiain, sculptor J. Nicole Taboada, and textile designers Vangi Uriegas and Karla Pellegrino.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Luxury Travel Advisor.
