Absolutely Hate the coverage By CHASE CSR & other premium Cards. they make it almost impossible to File a Claim and get reimbursed.
delay is now more important now that DOT allowed more non-compensable delays due to MX issues….
My one CSR claim got the money in the end but took a lot of persistence to get paid which seems by design.
