KLM did something I did not expect on my recent flight from Amsterdam to Los Angeles in business class: it pulled off crispy and delicious French Fries onboard.

But of course I had to try them (and it didn’t help that I was quite hungry…the smoked salmon I had for lunch was delicious, but not very filling).
