Miniview: Nômade Temple Ibiza – a new cultural sanctuary in Portinatx

Conceived as a nature-rooted sanctuary where architecture, ritual, and community converge, the Temple emerges as an evolving ecosystem designed to bring Nômade’s philosophy of celebratory healing and shared experience into direct dialogue with Ibiza’s natural landscape.

Nômade Temple Ibiza marks the transformation of a former resort into a destination designed in dialogue with its natural surroundings, rather than imposing itself on the landscape. Under the premise of ‘giving the land back to nature,’ the project preserves the spirit of Ibiza’s northern coastline while reimagining the site through a contemporary, conscious lens. Existing structures have been thoughtfully reinterpreted, allowing the property to blend naturally into the terrain while minimising environmental impact.  Designed and curated by the team at Oneness, the architecture celebrates the island’s identity through honest materials with genuine character: piedra blanca, sabina wood, and handcrafted terracotta tiles. Organic pathways weave through native vegetation, encouraging guests to explore at their own pace while discovering hidden corners and spontaneous gathering points. Inspired by Ibiza’s bohemian legacy of the 1970s, interiors balance rustic textures with a contemporary sensibility, creating spaces that feel both intimate, raw, and deeply connected to place.
