Signia by Hilton Indianapolis Now Accepting Reservations

The new-build, 800-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, the city’s tallest hotel and the Indiana Convention Center’s newest headquarters hotel, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. Once open, it will mark the luxury brand’s first property in both the Midwest and Indiana. Owned by the City of Indianapolis with operations led by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, the hotel will be located along the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District. The property will also offer access to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

“With reservations now live, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one step closer to welcoming guests and locals to a hotel designed with today’s traveler in mind—whether visiting for a major convention, a sporting event or a weekend getaway,” said Kathy Heneghan, general manager, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis. “From its seamless access to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium to its highly curated wellness and food and beverage experiences, this property will contribute to both Indianapolis’ and the Midwest’s ongoing growth as a vibrant, world‑class destination for meetings, events and visitors, while delivering Signia by Hilton’s signature hospitality.”

Featuring contemporary design by Ratio Design and views of downtown Indianapolis, the property will offer 800 rooms, including 70 suites ranging from 450 to 1,900 square feet. The hotel’s interiors, designed by Rottet Studio Architecture and Design, will reference Indianapolis’s connection to car culture and the luxury of auto racing. Public spaces will be enveloped in rich millwork and materials, warm textures, and sculptural lines. The property will also feature a museum-quality public art collection curated by Art Strategies.
