Anantara to Make U.S. Debut in Miami

Minor Hotels is bringing its Anantara brand to the U.S. with a 50-story tower in Miami’s Edgewater district, partnering with One Thousand Group on a mixed-use development that will mix 100 private branded residences, 120 resort residences, and 50 hotel suites.

The 650-foot tower, expected to open in 2030, will be the first in the area to offer uninterrupted views across Biscayne Bay. It will feature a dedicated vitality center focused on movement, nutrition, and recovery, drawing on Thai healing traditions.

“True luxury is time, the freedom to pause, to explore, and to experience the world more deeply,” William E Heinecke, founder and chairman of Minor International, said in a statement. “Miami is the perfect location for the debut of our luxury Anantara brand into the U.S.”

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Luxury Travel Advisor.
