Why Margaritaville at Sea is resonating with laid-back travelers

For travelers who want a laid-back cruise experience without the scale (or price tag) of today's biggest ships, Margaritaville at Sea is worth a closer look.

Founded in 2022 with a single ship, Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, the line began with short Bahamas cruises from West Palm Beach, Florida, and quickly reimagined the ship with its signature laid-back, Jimmy Buffett–inspired aesthetic that Parrotheads have come to know and love.

In summer 2024, Margaritaville at Sea added a second ship, Margaritaville at Sea Islander, and in early 2027, it will debut its third vessel: Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber. When Beachcomber debuts, Margaritaville at Sea will operate voyages to the Caribbean and The Bahamas from three Florida home ports: West Palm Beach, Tampa and Miami.

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on The Points Guy Articles.
