In a somewhat comical customer service complaint matter that caught my attention this week, a Singapore Airlines passenger who was flying Premium Economy was complaining online that SIA denied his request for a birthday cake.
Singapore Airlines is one of the few (if not the only one) airlines that provides this service free of charge but they have put restrictions in place in recent years as this service was apparently abused.
