Owner of the award winning restaurant The Table in Hamburg, Fehling will once again bring his signature style to the high seas, joining the Europa on eight itineraries in 2026. As the creative force behind The Globe, the specialty restaurant on Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Europa, Fehling blends modern haute cuisine with maritime lightness, offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience available exclusively aboard the ship.
Fehling’s presence onboard will include personal appearances, exclusive menus, and direct interaction with guests. The Europa’s 400 guests also enjoy four additional fine-dining venues, all included in the cruise fare.
