Carol Cabezas has been appointed SVP, Global Sales for Silversea, effective October 14. In this role, Cabezas will oversee the line’s sales organization, including trade and consumer sales, call centers and e-commerce. She will report directly to Bert Hernandez, president of Silversea.
Cabezas brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Silversea, returning to the Royal Caribbean Group after holding various leadership roles across sales, finance, revenue management and investor relations. She also served as president of Azamara, overseeing the sale from Royal Caribbean Group.
