One of the most satisfying ways to earn points is to leverage hotel promotions. Luckily, registration is open for a new IHG One Rewards promotion that will let you earn up to triple points on nights between Oct. 1 through Dec. 31. Here's what you need to know.
This promotion won't give you any bonus points on your first qualifying stay after registering. But you'll earn double points on your second qualifying stay and triple points starting on your third qualifying stay. In total, you can earn up to 70,000 bonus points through this promotion.
Reward nights (including those booked with anniversary night certificates or IHG points), points and cash stays, and stays booked through online travel agencies aren't eligible. Finally, each member can only earn double or triple points on one room per night, and the bonus points you earn through this promotion aren't elite status qualifying points.
